Incidents and Emergencies🔗
If no visible flames are observed and no injuries have occurred, and the TA is able to manage the situation, no formal report is required.
If visible flames or injuries are present, an incident report must be submitted to the management faculty promptly. The report should include details using the 5W method: who, what, when, where, why.
In cases involving major fires, significant injuries, or uncontrolled situations, the formal emergency reporting procedures must be followed.
